The Dreams employee Natasha was very informative and wasn't too pushy. She was honest about the best deal for me and was very pleasant to talk too.

The sales person was knowledgeable and kind but not pushy.

The staff member helped us identify which matresses suited our requirements then showed us to each appropriate bed to try. He provided pillows for comfort and allowed us time to browse for ourselves. I didn't feel under any obligation to purchase there and then.

This is the third bed I have purchased from Dreams in Southampton. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The delivery service is good, and I has always been pleased with the beds I have purchased.

On entering the store we were approached by Natasha who was friendly and offered assistance We knew what sort of mattress we were looking for and she helped us to find it. She was patient with us when we went backwards and forwards trying out all the mattresses. We were planning to purchase just a mattress but Natasha cleverly talked us into buying 2 Tempur pillows and a mattress protector! We are really enjoying the pillows, our sleep quality has improved so much in the few days since we bought it. I can't wait for my mattress to arrive next weekend.

Tam did not try an over sell technique. He was easy to talk to and was able to answer our questions and steer us in the right direction.

Natasha took the time to talk me through all my options and made use of her fantastic knowledge and personal experience to advise me on which mattress might be best for me. She was friendly, professional and is a huge asset to your company. I came in thinking I’d buy a mattress from IKEA and left having a £1300 mattress so I’d say she did a pretty good job for you guys! Having said that I never felt in anyway pressured or ‘sold to’, rather her advice came across as genuine and authentic. I cannot praise her highly enough. Tam processed the order and he was just as professional and helpful. Discussing all of my options regarding payments and deposits etc, as well as making sure I understood every aspect of the purchase. He was so genuine and personable that he put me completely at ease; this is the first time I’ve ever used finance for a big purchase. The other lady who was there at the time (not sure of her name, but a completely beautiful girl with lovely curly hair) and she also contributed helping me to gain a full understanding of all of my options. You have an incredible team at this store and I’ve told everyone since! Thank you all so much - lots of love from Santa Lady x

When I entered the store, the layout was clear and made it easy to understand which mattress was which in regards to price range and firmness alongside type of material it was made out of.
