We were assisted by Tam, who was very helpful without being pushy. He gave us plenty of time to decide without making us feel rushed into making a decision. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Overall we were very happy with our visit and especially the serviced received from Tam.

The layout and cleanliness of the store was excellent being able to use compatible pillows for the various beds was also a great advantage.Having the various types of bed and matresses colour coded was also advantageous in cutting down the amount of time looking around the store.

When I walked into the shop I was instantly greeted by a colleague. I later found out his name was Tam McCartney who generously offered us a cup of tea and had an extensive knowledge of the product I was looking for. We were taken upstairs and he showed us a variety of bed frames with a storage unit beneath the mattress. I was shown a bed that was on offer and even better I was told I could get military discount of 10%. Furthermore, I could guarantee for 8 years for only £25. It was a lovely experience and I will be sure to go to Dreams again.

Chloe our assistant was very informative but allowed us to look round at our leisure. It was a very pleasant experience as I had forgotten about visiting dreams on my first trip.

The sales person,Natasha,was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy.

Tam was very helpful. We looked around at different stores before coming to dreams and the friendly comfortable atmosphere at dreams was lovely!

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and very likeable . She gave us lots of time to try different products and advice was always on hand. She made the process of buying a new mattress enjoyable. We will recommend the shop to our friends based solely on the customer service we received today which was exceptionally good

I was approached in a friendly manner, no hard core sell factor, the layout of the store was explained. The assistant asked for my requirements and actually understood what I was talking about. I was shown different options that may meet my needs and at differing prices. I was offered a cup of coffee (wow!) and left to try the options...and basically go back and forth between beds. At no time was I pressured, the guy was really helpful and we found that we had the same professional background...such an easy but professional guy to talk to, he was incredibly helpful without being pushy. The guy who served me is a credit to Dreams, such a refreshing change!! I have come away satisfied I have made a good purchase and look forward to my delivery later this month. Overall, a fab experience!
