I met young lad called Ryan and Karina They were both happy to help with any questions about my product They did not Poster me When I was trying to l choose the best bed for me when I approach them and started asking questions I heard outstanding satisfaction they were both very easy to speak to and ask any questions Ryan had only been in the store since Boxing Day and came across very professional I would recommend dreams to my friends and family my whole experience was very satisfaction I would like to say thank you as yours staff are very professional thank you again Mrs Duffy

When we entered the store we were greeted by Tam, he was so friendly showed us exactly what you had in store, where to find things, asked if we would like a tea/ coffee, walked around the beds advising on different mattresses as we looked, talked to our 4 year old and really put as at ease as she was trying to climb on the beds, when chose a mattress he sorted out a delivery date which was only just over a week away, all the while just having a very approachable manner, especially as we chose New Year’s Day to visit, we would definitely return to dreams in Southampton and recommend them to our friends.

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with us, but also with our 3yr old son who was exploring the shop.

We are looking looking forward to receiving our mattress, and would definitely visit the store for future purchases. We also bought pillows on recommendations from Ryan and Kerry and are very pleased with them also.
