Dreams - Southampton

I originally visited the store last year when I was due to move into my new-build apartment. Chloe assisted me on that day and when I visited again a few months later, she remembered my name and the exact product I was interested in. Due to further delays to my apartment, I was not in the position to buy furniture but today I finally managed to buy the product I initially wanted when I visited in July 2017. Chloe was once again there to help me and I was happy to process the final purchase with her. She made the whole experience very enjoyable and was the perfect balance of assistance - there to give you any advice or answers to questions you have, whilst also giving you time to try the beds on your own without feeling pressured to make such a big purchase immediately (as I have experienced in other furniture stores recently with sales consultants pestering you with "so are you going to buy this today"). She was very patient as I was quite particular with what I wanted such as ensuring the ottoman was deep enough and I always felt welcome in the store. The sales process was quick and efficient with everything explained to me and I look forward to receiving my bed in the near future

Rima looked after us as soon as we entered the store. She explained how the colour coding worked for the matresses and left us to look around but was available to answer any questions and offer advice. Once we had decided on the bed we wanted she explained the warranty that came with the bed and the options to purchase additional cover without being pushy. Overall very satisfied with the service we received today.

Chloe made choosing and ordering our mattress both enjoyable and simple. She answered all our questions and we found her advice to be extremely helpful. I wouldn't be surprised to see her managing one of your stores before long!

The assistant dealt with our requirements very quickly,and very knowledgeable in explaining the bed we wanted. Very happy ,would go back again.

Very satisfied with my visit to Dreams, great customer service from a gentleman called Tam, clearly been a very busy day as the staff were all rushed off their feet but he remained very enthusiastic, helpful and also had a great sense of humour making my visit even more enjoyable. Very happy with my purchased products. Great customer care from the delivery boys too! Assembled in great time with hardly any mess left.

We were welcomed with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. We were offered a drink. We didn't feel pressured at all & were given time alone to roam around and discuss our options privately before we made our decision. More than happy with our service & hope to return when we finally make a decision on a new bed :-)

The sales advisor was very helpful, ensuring that we were looking and trying products we were interested in. He pointed out the matresses that matched our requirements and made suggestions for us to try. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He explained the recycling procedure and arranged a suitable day for delivery.

Your sales advisor Tam was attentive without being over bearing. He spent time answering our questions even though the store was busy. He seemed very knowledgeable about the products and helped with choosing the right mattress. The paperwork for the finance was quick and simple and we were offered tea/coffee or water while we were there. Have already told friends and family and would definitely shop there again when necessary.

We were looking for a guest bed initially, but did not like what we saw. we then found the sofa bed that we had not considered, but decided it suited our needs. The staff were pleasant and answered our questions, were not pushy and left us to make up our own minds. (helped by a cup of tea)

We found the assistant - Chloe extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely return to Dreams thanks to Chloe.
