The diagnostic bed was very useful as we didn’t know what type of mattress was best for us. Trying beds after this helped us choose the best option. Our assistant, Chloe was extremely helpful. At times the options were confusing so she was very patient with us.

We were greeted on our arrival and showed us the product we were looking for in seconds. very knowledgeable about mattress we wanted and helped select a bed frame , offered a drink for my dad who elderly which was a nice touch . The assistant was not pushy and gave us time to make a discussion . processed the order swiftly. The whole transaction was done in a very polite and professional manner.

The Staff member Becky, was very professional and helped us by answering all questions we asked, especially as my wife has serious back problems, which she understood and gave valuable advice. She identified our needs and provided the information for us to make a sound choice.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly and understood just what I wanted.

Prompt friendly attention on entering the store offered bottles of water it was a humid day, measured on analysis machine and carefully tried out the correct mattresses for our specific body shapes, our friendly assistance was always talking details but also giving us time to try out the mattresses in our own time.We eventually made our choice with her help, but with deliveries running slowly,unfortunately we have to wait a month for our beds. I hope it will be worth the wait and a good nights sleep Thankyou Rima fir your kind help
