When we arrived we were greated by Rima who offered us a coffee whitest we discussed what we were looking for she then showed us were to look. Rima than left us to discuss privately and was on hand if needed. Once we had decided upon a product, we ordered the bed etc was offered further assistance if required in the form of bed assembly and disposal etc. We left the store happy and satisfied with purchases.

Very friendly staff member offered assistance very quickly and offered drinks/pillows for trying out beds. Good knowledge of products and store layout.

The salesman David exactly knew the product ranges and introduced the various Tempur Mattress possibilities, identifying the positives and essential product differences. I proved to be a really nice experience.

David was extremely patient and helpful, not pushy at all. Nothing was too much trouble. We had time on our own to talk over what we wanted, and even 2 cups of coffee!

THE ASSISTANCE WE WERE GIVEN BY TAM IN ORDER TO SELECT THE RIGHT MATTRESS FOR OUR NEEDS WAS EXCELLENT. HE ALWAYS HAD TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND WILLING US TO TRY AS MANY MATTRESSES AS WE LIKED IN ORDER TO FIND THE BEST ONE FOR US.

The staff is very friendly. They listen to your needs with patients and provide choices according to them. They also explain to you about the differences between choices so that you could make your decision.
