Chloe was absolutely exceptional - could not fault her knowledge guiding us through the purchase of our dream bed!!! Fairly poor knowledge between us we ended up with better than we expected.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by David he was very helpful and understanding towards my problems he gave brilliant advice which I was very grateful for.

Peter was very informative, helpful and let us have time and space to decide what was best for us. Our experience at Dreams, exceeded my expectations and we left feeling very happy with the beds we chose. I will definitely choose to visit Dreams again, probably soon, to purchase a few more Tempur pillows, which Peter showed us in the showroom. We bought 2, and are very happy with them! Thank you for making choosing a bed so easy and hassle free.

We hate been jump on as soon as we walked through any shop but Rima was very good, friendly, very knowledgeable and she was interacting with our daughter who the bed was for. If all people in very shop in the world were like her the world would be a much nicer, friendlier place.

We were assisted in the store by Chloe who was very helpful and met our needs completely. She gave us time to try out the mattresses and pillows without pressuring us and answered all our questions well. Not only was she helpful but she was very friendly and made the stressful bed buying process completely unstressful.

Chloe was extremely helpful and spent time explaining the different types of mattresses and the terms and conditions of the sale. I am very hard of hearing and she spoke clearly with raising her voice during the explanations and the final sale; unlike my daughter who accompanied me on the visit.
