The bedframe & mattress I have purchased seemed to be a good value purchase, & of good quality for a fair price. The salesperson David was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous.

From the time we entered we were made to feel very welcome. Chloe & David were so helpful and full of knowledge. There are extremely lovely in the Southampton store.

The assistant, Chloe, greeted us and made us feel welcome. She was genuinely pleasant, giving us a pillow to try on the beds. Chloe showed great knowledge, answering all our questions and enquiries with ease. She offered us a hot drink when we sat at her desk and was professional and efficient throughout.

Staff were very helpful and nice greater us as we walked into store and offered tea/coffee. Staff knew what they were talking about and made very good recommendations

The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful while we looked around, we were offered coffee which we accepted. There was no pressure from the staff to influence our decision when buying our mattresses.

We were highly satisfied because as soon as we walked threw the door the colleague David gave us a warm welcome, asked if we’d like a coffee or tea and ask if we would like help straight away or time to look around, we said we’d have a look around and David poped over to us every 5 minuets to make sure we was still ok! It was lovely as we didn’t feel pressured or watched or like we had to rush.

As soon as we arrived on a very cold February afternoon David welcomed us and offered us a cup of tea! Highly unexpected and very lovely. After watching us wander around aimlessly for a minute David came to offer his expertise. He showed us through the colour branding in the store, explained all the differences and invited us to try all the types. We were given a quality pillow each to give us the best experience and he was unassuming but helpful while we deliberated (for some considerable time!) His knowledge was vast and his demeanour was helpful and professional, but with a very warm and personable twist. We had no doubt he would find us what we needed. The whole experience was very relaxed, there was no hard sell, just lots of options offered and sales through service. There was also a lady member of staff who's name I didn't get, but she was equally helpful, patient and kind. Both real credits to the brand.
