David was immediately attentive and helpful. He understood what I needed and my budget, talking me through various options. He was really helpful!

The staff member serving us met us shortly after entering the store, spent time understanding what we were looking for and priorities, and swiftly showed us all relevant beds with the price point. He also directed us to headboards and explained that five of these were available in a matching fabric as the base. He then gave us the space to discuss and look more closely after offering us drinks. Very attentive but not crowding, and the store was clearly well looked after.

We were offered assistance almost as soon as we entered the store. The assistant asked some brief questions in order to understand our preferred level of mattress support, and whether it was for a main or occasional guest room. We were then shown to a bed which appeared to suit our requirements, but also shown some close alternatives, such as slightly softer/firmer support. Having made our choice, we were offered other discounted items, such as pillows, and then shown to a nearby desk at which the sales process was completed. The whole process was quick, hassle free, and friendly.

Madhurima who served us remember myself and my partner from a couple of moths ago when we last visited and even remembered the mattress we had been looking at. She was very polite and as she was already serving a customer when we were ready to order, she explained how long she would be and offered to get us a drink whist we waited. She could not of been more helpful.

David was very knowledgable of all the products and help my parents with their purchase of Bed and Mattress
