Chloe was very pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to reach a compromise on the mattress as we couldn't decide which one we liked most. Offered us drinks and allowed us to try a range of pillows.

Rima customer service was outstanding she offered us drinks Rima gave us pillows . Very polite and understand to our needs Would deal with rima 100 percent again. I think other staff would learning a great deal from rima customer service skills

Very helpful staff. Prompted to try other mattresses and not just pressurised into purchasing the most expensive or which mattress they wanted to sell you. Allowed time to make up your mind and suggested other options.
