Chloe told us about the pet cover included in your service plan which was key to us choosing Dreams as our supplier. We were offered drinks and given very useful demonstrations and information about the products we were interested in. We proceeded to purchase the bed, service plan and paid for bed assembly on our second visit. Chloe also recognised us despite it being a couple of weeks after our initial visit. We were offered drinks on both occasions and made aware of all the services Dreams have to offer, including disposal of our old bed. Chloe was very useful and made all the paperwork clear for us.

Madhurima made me feel at ease and never pressurized me into buying, gave me plenty of time on my own to decide and when I had made up my mind, processed my order quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back when ready to buy a mattress.

In the Southampton Mountbatten retail park store, we was only popping in to Dreams to have a look at the potential beds and products we could buy to do our room up. Myself and my partner were looking for our new bed for out home that we will be moving to after we get married. The assistant that served us was called Rima, she offered us an amazing service with excellent knowledge of the products that we would be purchasing. She was friendly was not pushy and allowed us to take our time in choosing the products. We was offered drinks, greeted in a good time frame, and gave us several options and products to choose from that would benefit us. She was friendly and great customer service. The other colleagues in the store were friendly and we was not pushed or rushed into the sale. We are really amazed by the great service we was given in this store by Rima and she should be recognised for this. We have spoken to all our friends and family about this service and they are all interested in going to this store even though it is not local to us from the service we have received. We would definitely go back to this store again. Well Done. We have left feeling very happy and excited.
