Dreams - Southampton

We were greeted as soon as we arrived With a very friendly face. They explained to us what different level of mattresses they had which was very helpful in understanding what we were looking for.

Very satisfied with our first experience at dreams store in Southampton. We where greeted in minutes and found what we were looking for. We were offered drinks when we sat down and Chloe made our first time buying a bed very easy, quick and friendly. Chloe knew exactly what she was talking about and helped us understand our finance agreement. We walked out in less than an hour very satisfied and excited to get our new bed!

David at the Southampton Store was immensely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy

We were greeted by a friendly but unobtrusive assistant. We were offered refreshments, and shown all the various types of mattresses, and given time to browse until we wanted more help. The assistant Chloe was very knowledgeable and easily built a rapport with us. After much deliberation we found our perfect mattress...a little more than I had budgeted for, but we were shown a better one for a bit more. We decided to purchase the cover policy after hearing the benefits.

We were shown mattress based on our requirements and were happy with the first one we tried even though we tried 3 others after.
