We didnt really know what we were looking for, but Neil greeted us shortly after entering the store and quickly identified what mattresses were in our price range and met our needs.

When buying a product that you are depending on to give you a great night's sleep every night, its important to get a bed that suits your needs. We were allowed to try every mattress in the store & given all the time we required to chose the right one, The mattress that we saw on the internet looked great but it was not right when we led in it.

Chloe was very attentive. She new her products and allowed us time to discuss are needs. We had been bed shopping all weekend and was not sure what we wanted. Chloe made us fill at ease and gave us all the advice we needed.

Friendly , helpful, well informed staff. Although it was near closing time we did not feel rushed or pressurised.

Welcomed into the store by Kerry. She asked what we'd come in for. She explained the different mattress types. Offered tea or coffee. She came back to check on our progress regularly but wasnt persistant
