The woman that dealt with us was very helpful and knew a lot about the products. It was nice that we were offered a glass of water. Even thought we were going to buy pillows anyway she did help us in picking the right ones and showed us the difference between the 2 types. Overall very helpful.

Very efficient service and offered a cup of decaff coffee.

On both occasions when we visited the store the staff were very attentive and friendly. We were greeted at the door and made to feel welcome and the staff made themselves available for us to ask any questions we had to help us make or choose of mattress. I found them to be very approachable, down to earth and knowledgable. They covered everything very clearly to ensure we were aware of what we were buying and any exclusions. We would certainly come back again when we need tobpi Chose further mattresses for our 4 children.
