Myself and my partner got such a lovley welcome when we entered the shop, and we quickly discoverd that there was a great selection of beds and mattresses that the store had to offer. We had been searching for a new bed and mattress for a while now and had a rough idea what we were looking for. However a lovely friendly lady called Rima must of noticed that we looked abit puzzled as there were so many choices. She was very patient with us as we did take a while to decide which bed and mattress to buy, we even changed our minds a few times. She gave us so much help, offered us drinks and knew so much about each bed. She definitely knew her stuff. We ended up spending probably double the amount we thought we would but I am happy that we did as the products that we got are absolutely amazing and we both can't wait for them to be delivered tomorrow. Very friendly team who understood my needs, I felt very welcome.

Immediately greeted on arrival, with no pressure to purchase, and given as much time as wanted, to browse. Drink offered. Polite and knowledgable member of staff. Advice given, as I have specific health needs. I made a purchase and was given a full breakdown of costs. Very happy all round.

The assistant was outstanding. We had no idea what we needed and she spent time and care with us to explain the different options available and took time to let us try the different types - we soon found one we loved and felt very happy we have exactly what we needed.

We were welcomed by Chloe, who was extremely helpful and had a vast knowledge of the products on offer. She asked for our needs and what kind of bed We were looking for. Super helpful as this was our first bed We ever bought for our new home and We didn't even know exactly what We wanted. We were shown a variety of options and our opinions were taken on board and offered suggestions. After choosing something We liked, Chloe offered us a variety of options of cover towards our new purchase which I feel was fairly priced and We opted for those options. Even after leaving one of our pamphlets in store, she ran out to the car park to deliver our forgotten information. Personally I feel her service was what made the experience less daunting and extremely helpful and informal.
