From stepping through the door until I left my while experience was delightful. The young girl who approached me made me feel at ease, there was no pressure, just a simple welcome. She took me through different options, her product knowledge was first class, even made me a cup of tea! The final transaction was completed and I left with a smile on my face and a mattress topper

your assistant RIMA assessed us and found what type of mattress would be suitable for us both. Then she kindly made us a cup of tea, then told us the results of our test, which was a firm mattress. We wanted a memory foam mattress and we were allowed to lie on a few beds. Then we were showed a mattress that had only come in that same morning. After testing it, we made up our mind to buy it. We were pleased that it had a £200 discount. We were also pleased that you will take our old mattress away. We are looking forward to delivery on Wednesday.

Rima, I think her name was, was brilliant. I would have bought anything off her to be honest, such a lovely lady and helped us loads.

The staff member approached us in a polite manner as we entered the store, asking if they could help us in any way and also offered us some bottled water. We detailed our requirements and she set about fulfilling the brief. She was super helpful and very polite at all times. Having only entered the shop to view possibilities, because of the excellent service we ordered a bed and mattress for delivery within the next week or so. The whole experience was very pleasant.

We looked at Web page first went in and asked the assistant,Rima, and she straight away told us about the products,price,colours,storage and sizes,made choice very easy.

The member of staff dealing with me was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the product she was selling and answered my questions confidently.
