Dreams - Southampton

We were greeted at the door of the Southampton store and then Kerry explained the options to us very clearly. She answered all our questions and then was very efficient in taking our order.

Chloe was extremely helpful with my purchase. She welcomed me on my entry and asked what I was looking for. I explained what it was I was looking for and Chloe walked me round the store showing me the mattresses which she thought would best suit me. She then left me to have a look on my own and try out some mattresses and came back over to make sure I was okay. She then provided me with some pillows to try out on the mattress I confirmed I was highly interested in. After trying out the mattress and pillows, Chloe offered me a drink and asked if there was anything else I wanted to know. She was extremely polite, extremely patient and had high knowledge of the products she was showing me. Chloe made me feel like I was in control and was extremely polite.

Kerry had good product knowledge and was able to advise what was best for our situation (Both have bad backs) Kerry did not try and sell up, which would put us of straight away, but said we could get what we were looking for within our budget. Very friendly and easy to talk too and made sure we understood your policy of return etc. Would definitely recommend our friends to visit Dreams as our son on the IOW did with us who has bought from you. Well done, easy to do business with you.

Your employee David was cheerful, extremely helpful, and adequately present without being overbearing or giving the impression of trying to make a hard sell throughout. David made the information very clear and the transaction was an overall enjoyable experience, when it could have been quite an awkward and uncomfortable one.

We were shown a range of products around the price we had said. The delivery was less than a week.

All the staff were attentive and knew the products very well, we were given a cushion to lay on the beds and they were explained very well
