Looking for a bed can be problematic when two people have different views but with the help of the assistant Chloe we were able to try out different beds, we had fun doing this, and with Chloe's advice were able to make a joint decision and purchased the bed of our dreams.

Very good assistance in the shop and the girl knew what she was talking about.

Cloe the salesperson was so polite and patient with us. We were offered a drink. No pressure selling just good knowledge of all your products to enable us to choose the best selection. Very highly commended, thank you its such a pleasure shopping there.

From the moment we arrived we were approached with friendly staff happy to help find a cheap but quality single mattress for my daughter and they ticked all the boxes they didn’t pressure us into getting some top quality mattress they advised us that the one we were intentionally going to buy was not a good quality and showed us a few more that was on sale too and was basically the same price for a better quality

Was greeted with friendliness as soon as I arrived at the store, was not harassed into a quick sale or felt pressured into purchase, was even offered refreshments as I was browsing, was left to feel at ease and shop at my own pace with help along the way, and after deciding what I wanted there was a nice touch with a free gift of some pillows as we were completing the purchase, thank you

The assistant that served me was very knowledgable and helped me select a reasonably priced mattress to fit the frame I had chosen for my little boys first ‘big boy’ bed. The ordering process was quick and there was plenty of delivery options.

Chloe was brilliant when we arrived in store, she had great knowledge and helped us pick a bed and mattress without pressurising us. She answered all of our questions and was patient with us.

Kerry was very friendly and knew a lot about all the products and was there for everything we needed she spend her time with us and went through everything proberly we felt very comftable especially as we spent a lot of money
