Knowledgeable employee. Polite. Friendly. Understanding. Patient. Took time to understand our needs & translate these to product. Felt valued & especially enjoyed a fantastic cup of black tea.

The sales lady Rima, was very friendly, not pushy, listened to our needs and gave us plenty of advice which we took on board.

Today I've decided to visit Dreams Southampton to buy some mattresses for my very demanding kids - "mattress can't be very hard," "mattress can't be too soft." And... I would like to make a complaint... next time I would like to spend more time with Kerry and David... two absolutely amazing, helpful, professional members of Dreams team. They didn't waist my time, knew answer to every question, and I have a cuppa... From the beginning I felt as valuable customer. They welcomed me with a smile. During quick conversation about my kids, they managed to remember so many information about them, I can actually say they guessed - knew all their needs... antiallergic pillow for my asthmatic son, duvet cover in his favourite grey colour, pink cover with stars for my daughter, mattress protectors! Absolute must have for kids;) I can write and write about lovely atmosphere, David, thank you for fantastic coffee, Kerry, thanks to you I know leads for hamsters really exist! Massive thank you to both of you, you've made very positive start of my day, happy customer, Mariona Rajch

Helpful, thoughtful, friendly assistant. Good selection and good product knowledge

We walked into the store and within 30 seconds were greeted by a smiling Kerry. She was polite and generally lovely. She gave us a bit of time to look around and then answered all of questions without delay. She then Sat us down, made us a drink and ran us through all of our options.

Good friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for the sales assistant. We were delighted with our service.

Sales assistant more than helpful. Everything explained in detail and no hassle in deciding which bed to go for. Even though rather exspensive I think I will be happy with the choice.
