As soon as we walked into the shop we were able to ask the team advice on what we were looking for. Everyone was very friendly and easy to chat with, the lady we ended up spending the most time with was very helpful and gave us information on the products we wanted to try out which made our choice a lot easier. Several times we were offered drinks as the weather was so warm and even though we had one person helping us other staff were happy to talk and laugh with us during our purchase. Great customer service all the way through!

Your assistant Kerry was most helpfull and greeted us on a very hot day with a nice cold drink of cold water and a welcome smile explaned how the lay out of the store worked and left us on our own. When we deeded anymore info she was there. Also my husband had use the toilet and for once he was surprised to find them so clean. Code 168

I found the store staff in Southampton went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. In fact, when the lady who was dealing with my requests couldn't help, she called a colleague to help further. I was very pleased with how I was helped in store. I would also like to add that I found your delivery service the best. From start to finish I was kept informed, also given time slots, then kept informed as to when delivery would be by way of a phoncall from the delivery driver. The delivery men were helpful and polite and are a real credit to your company. Well done Dreams.

Chloe was very knowledgeable on the product we purchased. She left us alone to get use to trying different mattresses. She offered us drinks when we arrived and overall was very pleasant.

The sales person (Rima) was helpful and attentive without being pushy. She explained where to find the beds we were looking for and was very knowledgable about them. I hate to be followed around and pressured. On the other hand I don't like it when I'm not acknowledged. Rima got the balance just right. I was welcomed offered a drink and she was there in the background to respond to any questions. I felt that she went the extra mile and offered complimentary products (i.e. Pillows) but didn't labour the point when I declined. The positive experience would encourage me to return and recommend Dreams to friends.

Everyone was super friendly, I don't like to be pounced upon when walking in and David greeted me at just the right time as I was able to have a quick look but then ask the questions I needed to when I was ready :) Me and my mother were even offered a drink and pillow which was a nice change as you rarely experience that in many stores!!! Everyone was chatty and was able to look around in my own time and then go up to the will when I was ready to place my order. You have a good team in this store :)

we were greeted and welcomed by Rima, who offered us tea / coffee immediately. after explaining our requirement Rima took us straight to some items that matched our needs and with in our price range, she explained other items that could also have helped us, ie pillows, extra warranty if required. Rima raised a quote of our requirements promptly and professionally and explained it thoroughly talking through what we needed to do and gave us time to discuss and make our decision. i was with my 89 yr old mother who left with nothing but praise and was extremely happy with her purchases. we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rima and your store / product in the future.
