Politeness, eagerness to please.

I was looking for a specific product but it was at a higher price bracket to the competitor. But during this time it was available on 20% offer which was ideal for me. I first bought one to try and use. Our family was happy with the product and this encouraged me to come back to buy the second set.

David the sales assistant was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the products for sale - we were looking for a new mattress for our newly bought bed. He showed us the different types available and the pros and cons for each. We were immediately offered a drink when entered the store which was very nice - it was a HOT day! - cold too. We entered the store fairly late in the day, we were worried that we were going to be rushed to get out the door however David was very patient and understanding while we asked questions and tried out each mattress - We didn't feel rushed at all. Sleeping positions were asked followed by pillows offered so we could try out the mattress. There were two other sales assistants (i didn't catch their name) who we also very friendly and were keeping my entertained while 11 mouth baby which was lovely as it gave me and my wife an opportunity to try out the mattresses. Great job!

WE have visited the store on three previous occassions, unable to decide what we wanted. We came back on Monday met the young assistant again Chole she remembered us, No pressure very patient, understanding and we bought a mattress!

We were offered a drink and had an assistant help us with our choice of mattress, including advice on the firmest mattress available. The shop was clean and we were encouraged to try out all the beds that were firm before making a choice. Payment choices were explained thoroughly, as well as delivery method. Insurances and the retrieval service for old mattresses were also well explained. The service was very friendly and helpful.

We said what we were looking for, were given advice on how to find it then given time to browse at our pace. Assistance was available immediately when we were ready.

Very friendly and welcomed us into the store we explaned what we wanted ie type of bed and matress and showed us straight away and we were very satisfied with the purchase and the professionalism of the member of staff who assisted us
