We were greeted by the sales team and made to feel welcome. They offered us a cold drink as it was so hot outside. We were treated very well.

Chloe who has dealt with me from start to finish has been extremely helpful to find prices and options of new products in a prompt manner. This extended to finding images and prices for new matching headboards after my initial visit for which I am very grateful. Also Karina has been very helpful with providing headboard information and adding it to the initial delivery when payment was made over the phone.

Good range of products available. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, good humoured but never pushy. We were encouraged to take our time to make our selection and were well advised about the suitability and quality of the products we were considering. The prices and special offers were very competitive. We went to the shop 3 times before making our purchase and each time we were greeted with the offer of tea or coffee. Overall, a very positive experience.

We were given very prompt and courteous service. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction displaying excellent product knowledge by the member of staff serving us.

We had that feeling...of freedom in that shop, it felt like we had our own salesmen who was more than happy to explain countless times every single detail again and again and again, we've been there just to have a look around and we end up buying a £2300 bed mattress and the only thing we are sorry about is that we should do that years ago, but now we know were to head our feet if we need something, thank you for this great experience and for your products and care for customers!

Very good quality items and very friendly staff!

How to choose the best mattress was explained to us we were given a pillow and given time alone to try the mattresses out, then David explained how the layout of the store works and gave us time to find the mattress that suited us, David was always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Chloe was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to provide great customer service. The other staff were very friendly too. Previous to this store i went into benson beds and they were very unhelpful and rude, so it was good to come to dreams and experience such great service

greeted by Rima very friendly and patient spoke to us about various mattresses which was quite important to try and get the right type for us. looking forward to sleeping on it.

The assistance from Rima was excellent. She listened carefully to my needs and was extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge enabled me to find the product that was perfect for me. She was very friendly and helpful.
