David who served us was very welcoming and friendly and the experience of getting a new mattress was very satisfactory from start to finish

I was highly satisfied with our experience of dreams due to the friendliness of the staff that worked there and the deal we got for our mattress.

Chloe was a joy, she even stayed after the store closing time to help us.

Kerry is a lovely her customer service were excellent she was very helpfully Kerry a kind caring lady who helped help me . Kerry put me at ease and help me to make the right decision in which bed I brought for my needs. Kerry customer service skill are excellent and over staff would learn a great deal for Kerry Thank you very much Kerry for all the help you gave me with buying my bed

The assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She listened to my requirements and offered me appropriate options. I could not fault the service.

We found Kerry, the sales assistant, to be very helpful, friendly and patient. She gave us guidance in our requirements and encouraged us to try different beds.... eventually we couldn't decide between two types of mattress....she just said to try them out for as long as we needed to. We didn't feel rushed...the mattress was mainly for my requirements, so l kept going between the two, whilst Kerry made my husband a coffee! Eventually l made my decision, and then she sat and ,over another coffee, made all the necessary arrangements and paperwork. We even used the loo whilst in store, which was very clean, as was the store itself. Overall, the shopping experience was excellent and we came out very happy, looking forward to our new bed and mattress arriving in a week's time!

Was greeted well, offered a drink, and taken to inspect the beds which I had in mind. At no time was any pressure put on me and all questions were answered.

I visited Deams in Southampton, Kerry helped us choose a mattress, she was very helpful and even made us a cup of tea. It was an absolute pleasure shopping in this shop

David was lovely, I'm all about customer service. its the people that make a company. And it was a real bonus to receive a free pillow. its the little things that count.

We visited the Southampton Store and were greeted by David, who kindly offered us a drink straight away. We explained that we were looking for a mattress but wanted to just browse initially. What I particularly appreciated was the space he gave us to do this at our own pace. However, he seemed to pick well timed moments to come over and give us useful information and advice clearly showing that, although he left us to it, he was still looking after us. He gave us both a pillow and we were again left the dry out different mattresses at our own leisure. When we had narrowed down our choice to two mattresses David again came over and gave us some good information. This led to us making a purchase. Had David adopted a pushy sales approach we may have actually left the store but his polite manner and helpfulness definitely made us make the purchase there and then. Thank you David.
