Very friendly staff took time to explain the available offers and types of mattress and clearly explained pricing prompt service from arriving in the store to arrange delivery

We were greeted just after we had come through the door by Chloe. We were left a few minutes to get our bearings and then asked if we needed some assistance. We are so glad that we said 'Yes' to this, as Chloe guided us around the store to look at different mattresses in order to fulfill our needs. Not once did we feel that our questions were not important or valid. We looked at mattresses that we would have dismissed had we had been left to our own devices.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us choose the mattress we bought.

Rima approached us immediately when entering the store; she was extremely helpful and friendly - even offered tea and coffee. Rima understood our exact requirements and pointed us in the right direction of these products saving us a lot of time and confusion. Although pointing us at certain products, we never felt pressured to buy at any point during our visit. Rima advised us that the product we wanted to buy would to going on offer over the bank holiday weekend, she offered to put all the information together (this meant that instead of just shopping around, we were willing to place the order) so we could return to place our order. Had we not been advised of the discount, we most likely would have visited other retailers. Katrina (the manager) spoke with Rima and said she would honour this discount that day so we didn’t have to return to place our order. Katrina is also looking into another query that we raised which shows the high level of the service this store offers. Both Rima & Katrina were extremely friendly and helpful - Thank you both for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Very efficient service - we showed the salesman a bed we had seen on your website and he took us straight to it. He then explained the different types of mattress so we were able to choose one quickly, as we did not want to be spending hours deliberating. Order was taken and confirmed very quickly but in a friendly manner. Overall we were more than pleased with the service.

Kerry, the sales executive was highly experienced, very knowledgeable and importantly, very friendly.

The salesman David was very pleasant and not pushy which made the whole experience very nice and relaxing
