We found what we wanted immediately. Chloe was very helpful without being pushy. She knew her stuff and was able to advise us.

Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Extremely friendly and professional staff; Kerry listened to my requirements and gave me great advice the whole way through. I spent quite a lot of time trying out mattresses and at no point did I feel pressured, which I have often found to be a problem with pushy sales people. I felt completely relaxed and at ease to make my decisions, and knew help was there when I needed it. I felt the that sales team went above and beyond expected service and will definitely return for further purchases. I left the store with a beaming smile on my face, which in my humble opinion, was the result of an exceptional shopping experience. My thanks to Kerry and the team.

I was treated with courtesy by the two staff members I dealt, who quickly understood my needs an am delighted that I was able to get a wonderful bed.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great range of products and large price range to suit all budgets

David was very understanding he greeted us on arrival, offered refreshments and even suggested we used the pillows to test the different types of beds which where clearly laid out at the entrance to the store. David then gave us space to make our own decision, which we did.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and non-pushy sales woman (Kerry I think). Even held our baby so we could test the beds out.

Chloe was very friendly and helpful. She had alot of knowledge on the products we were asking about. She answered all of our questions and even got us a very fast delivery date. Couldn’t of asked for a better sales assistant!
