Becky (at the Southampton store) was very welcoming and knew her stuff. We were able to quickly come to a decision on which bed was best. Fantastic customer service. Drinks were offered and the free set of pillows was a welcome bonus!

As soon as we walked in the server (Harriet) greeted us and asked how we were. she then asked all the right questions about budget, comfort and previous mattress. furthermore she really sold me the first product, alongside insurance and a waterproof protector perfect for the needs I wanted met due to pets in the house. perfectly chatty, and explained everything thoroughly.

We where highly satisfied and very happy with the two Dreams staff who where both very helpful in helping us choose the bed of our choice, both the staff, Rime and Roger where helpful, not pushing us to buy so it helped make our minds up to buy from the Dreams store Southampton.

The assistant Rima was very knowledgable about all the beds at Dreams

Had the store to ourselves and did not feel rushed at all. Allowed to try numerous beds etc before whittling choice down to our selected items. Personal service from a multiple - unusual.

Staff went above and beyond to try and figure out a way for us to get the bed frame in the colour we wanted (which was not available for another 2 months) while still giving us 20% off the bedframe price for buying a mattress the same day. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, we felt very safe with the covid measures and generally very happy with our visit.

I arrived at 10o'clock with a specific item in mind. I received immediate attention, was shown the product, decided to purchase, ssigned the order and left highly satisfied at 1045. This is onlky the second time in 60 years that I had bought a new bad and matress!
