Dreams - Southampton

We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given the time to wander around and try out the beds. Karina who served us was very helpful throughout and could answer all our questions and gave us helpful advice. We were made to feel comfortable and even offered a cup of tea. I liked three beds and was told that I could mix and match and that is what I did. We had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Karina and Dreams.

David who served me gave me all the help I needed and was friendly.

The Gentleman that helped myself ( Mrs Bishop ) find the right product for my mother ( Mrs Yeates) was very helpful and understanding her needs. As we were looking for spring load mbattress as she can't have foam or sponge. She is also deaf and sight impaired, very kind and patient .

We were greeted when we walked in, offered tea or coffee and very well taken care of when looking at beds! we were even given a nice pillow to test out the beds with. David the man helping us was absolutely lovely.

Rima was stunning in being able to support me to consolidate all of the thoughts for 3 beds to get the best value and the best practical and aesthetic solution

Rima was very helpful & polite! She knew the products & understood our needs! She also made us a good deal so we ended up buying pillows as well!

The staff member who served us Chloe (Southampton)made the experience of choosing our bed really good. Her product knowledge was excellent. We thought that as we were in the store later in the day and not far from closing that we would be rushed and maybe make the wrong choice, but this was not the case. She was very patient and took our disabilities into consideration. We only needed to purchase a new bed as we needed it to be adjustable. Our previous bed was from you. She did not pressure or hurry us.

Our sales advisor, Chloe, was incredibly knowledgeable, curteous and understanding. She took the time to listen to us in order to understand what we needed and make the best recommendation in order to suit both me and my husband. She was fab!

Our sales assistant, Rima, was super friendly, knowledgable and helpfull and as a bonus we could buy items that were on sale.
