I already knew what I wanted, but assistant was still very helpful.

Both Chloe and David who between them provided really good product knowledge and were very conscious to my needs. I had visited the store 2/3 weeks previously, when Chloe looked after me and answered most of my questions then, today's visit was on my part just to confirm size, cost's etc, in fact following my previous visit, when I had shown particular interest in purchasing a King size bed, today I actually ordered a Super King size. I cannot complement enough both Chloe and David for there help and assistance.

We were shopping for my 12 year old son. The sales assistant connected with me and with my son and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt she went above and beyond.

I like that when we were first approach and asked if we need help and we said no for the minute we were left for a short while and our wishes were respected , when Rima came back to us and asked if we needed help we were ready with questions that were answered quickly and easy to understand also we like that our order was checked and checked again to make sure everything was correct .

Very happy colleagues and a relaxed attitude. Felt at ease to try the beds.

The customer assistant Rima did an amazing job. We went with two young kids who were running around. She helped us make them comfortable, offered drinks and made the whole process of shopping very friendly.

The salesperson, David was very polite, helpful and understanding.
