Dreams - Southampton

we were greeted as soon as we entered the store. when we descibed what we had seen online the attendant knew exactly what product we meant and took us straight there. happy with the promotions, speed of delivery and finance options.

I always use Dreams for beds as I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I was met by David, offered a drink and he diligently went through what I was looking for. He was very nice, explained the products thoroughly and allowed me time to make my choice. I can say he went above and beyond his customer service remit as my daughter had broken her bed and I did not want to make this purchase this near to Christmas!

Very easy process was even made coffee by the sales assistant . Enjoyable experience

The manager was very friendly ( as was the assistant) and obviously new the products well and understood our particular requirements. This is the sort of service we hope for in a shop.

Rima took time to understand exactly what we were looking for and gave different options at different price points. We absolutely fell in love with the mattress and bed we purchased. We also thoroughly appreciate the bedding she threw in for us.

David was very patient whilst I tried a number of mattresses and considered different bed frame options. I was in the store for a couple of hours. He was not in any way your typical "pushy salesman" and just advised me in an objective way based on what I said my needs were. This was very helpful for me as it was my first time purchasing a bed and a mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. He was attentive but also gave me space to look around and make a decision. He gave me a discount on the mattress protector as well. Overall I was very satisfied with the service that I received.

David was exteeamly helpful! Asked me if I’d like a drink, gave me pillows to lay on and was extreamly friendly!

We had specific requirements that were quickly understood by the assistant and a appropriate product identified,

We were met by someone who left their seat and spoke to us with a pleasant smile but no pressure. We were offered a coffee then given all the information we requires to buy a new bed, The time taken and advise given was excellent with no pressure to hurry. Our questions were all answered with care. The sales person was called David and impressed us so much in his care and attention that we have purchased a bed from Dreams although another retailer was offering a further reduction in price. We felt that the store was well set out and very clean ( we used the toilet to and they can be rather less than clean but this one was good) The staff all helpful and pleasant. We would recommend this store to anyone. Free delivery is good. The cost for disposal of the old bed was quite a lot but as it will be recycled that is a plus. The new bed being UK made is also a plus. Thank you for making our experience a pleasant one.

I was extremely pleased with the service i received in the Southampton store. I was immediately welcomed into the store by David and he took a real interest into what i was after. He was very easy to talk to and had exceptional knowledge as he pointed out the dream bed i was looking for. Accompanying this, with the broad range of mattresses to choose from, i was able to find the perfect mattress that was ideal for me. It was exactly what i was looking for; the right firmness, the right build and all at a great price! David allowed me to test out the mattress with this wonderful pillow and i just knew it was the one for me! I was offered pillows to go along with this purchase at a very good price and i just couldn't say no. As we both sat down to go through the order he had offered me a drink which was extremely courteous. The order process was very quick, simple and very easy to understand. All in all, i had a quick, simple yet knowledgeable experience. David was tremendously helpful and i would be more than happy to visit again and tell all my friends and family about it.
