Very satisfied with the service we received from Rima in the Southampton store. Great product knowledge and acted more as a consultant than sales woman, no pressure but knowledge to every question we asked.

Good service as expected

My partner and I where met by Chloe, she was very polite, and spent the time with us that we needed, we felt no pressure to hurry into a purchase. She was very knowledgeable and explained all the different options of bed to us, took time to show us round, and try the different types of bed. We were very pleased with the price we paid for the bed, base, headboard and sundries. We were also very pleased with the delivery time quoted. Chloe was lovely, and we wish her well with her baby due in a months time.

The assistance given to me as I am disabled was very helpful. The lady assistant was very kind and knowledgeable.

In the store I was able to try various mattresses to find the best one for my sleeping position. I had no intentionn of buying a TV bed, but was able to try one out and decided on one in the end. Rima was helpful and on hand to answer any questions without being too pushy at all. I returned the following day to make the purchase.

Rima was helpful by mentioning the 2 mattresses that met our needs. She was also kind to offer us coffee, and extras (eg pillow pack).

The moment I went into the store I was approached asking me if I need any assistance and I did. The assistant was very helpful and pleasant listened to what is wanted and showed me a couple of option. Everything went very smoothly hence why I was Highly Satisfied.

The sales assistant took time to listen to our needs and show us the products she felt would meet our requirements; the sales assistant was extremely professional, showing a great deal of knowledge of the alternative products she showed us.
