I went in with the incorrect name for the bed frame I wanted, the person seeing to me, informed me it didn't sound correct but looked anyway, I found this very kind and did not made to feel foolish. She was patient with me whilst I looked for the product online. She helped me book my bed with such ease and confidence

We were greeted by two very friendly staff and offered a hot drink. We declined the drink and said that we would prefer to have a browse and try some beds before seeking further assistance. Staff member, David, advised on what the categories of bed were and left us to it. We were highly satisfied that David listened to us and gave us free rein. When he realised that we were narrowing our choice he approached us to offer further advice which was appreciated.

We were looking for a new mattress. The selection is broad and the layout / presentation makes it easy to choose, once you’ve received advice from the staff. The staff member we spoke to was David and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products.

David and Chloe were very helpful and informative about the products I had come in to enquire about. David took time to answer my questions and show me the swatches of fabrics for the headboard and divan.

Staff (Chloe) very helpful, made us coffee showed us round listened to our needs and selected appropriate products effectively and efficiently. Bear in mind she's heavily pregnant and she just worked her socks off showing us about. I employ people and she is just the kind of person I'd want representing my business.

Kerry and Karina were extremely helpful very knowledgable, friendly and cheerful which made my passing by to look at some mattresses into a sell.

The assistant was very polite and helpful and knew what we wanted when we talked with her. The bed was as we had in mind when we had looked on line. We also liked the quality and price.

The sales assistant (Rima) was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. This gave us full confidence in the products we were looking at and help us in the purchase we made. Undoubtably the level of customer service we received was the main reason for purchasing as well as a good range of products and some exclusive product ranges all helped in the decision to purchase with Dreams.
