Dreams - Southampton

First delivery was not until 29 December, 11 days after ordering and I was charged meaty £10 for the Saturday delivery! Leaves me wiith a poor opinion of an otherwise perfect shopping experience.

The staff in store were very friendly making my shopping experience pleasant. They gave me the time and space to explore the mattresses but were on hand when I had questions. David remembered me from several weeks previously and was able to deliver my order at very short notice.

Both Carolina and Karina greeted us were knowledgeable and extremely helpful

I recieved fantastic customer service from Carolina and her colleague. They were both extremely helpful and friendly and willing to go out of their way to show me advantages of the different matteresses around the store. I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone, great finance options available and I left the store feeling really happy with the service I received.

The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. This was completely down to the member of staff who took me through everything as I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Excellent.

Very good customer service very polite and caring and helpful with my needs I think customer service is so important buying bed items and being very caring in my needs and very helpful.

The moment I come through the doors of dreams I was welcomed with friendly staff and helped so much in getting the right sofa, customer service with dreams is excellent other company's should learn from dreams with there service with customers, I think it's so important to be polite to customers and helping them with there needs

Your sales assistants were very friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us the time we needed to make the right choice of mattress. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable and answered all our questions.
