The staff were friendly, informative and considerate to our needs and requests. Carolina was genuine and made us feel comfortable even though we only had a limited budget she showed us the best value for money.

We popped into the store to look at purchasing a tempur Mattress, we had visited another retailer in hedgened and customers service was average/product knowledge poor. We walked through the door of dreams in southampton and were greeted straight away by a friendly, young,confident sales assistant, who intruduced herself as Carolina. She proceed to ask what we were looking for and then accompained us to the back of the store, to where the tempur mattresses were. Carolina's product knowledge was absoluetly amazing, she explained about the 4 different tempur mattresses and how they were constructed and she eventually after about a hour or so, helped us come to a discussion. We loved the whole experience in the shop, no pushey salesman, a nice cup of tea and my partner and I could have a discussion without anyone hoovering over you. If your staff are all as attentive as Carolina and the staff at Southampton then I take my hat off to your company. Well Done Dreams Southampton

The staff were friendly and helpful, having done research on what i wanted from a mattress and bed prior i was directed to products beat suited to my needs.

We were met straight away by a member of staff,Rima, who asked us what we were looking for and what price range. She showed us the different beds and mattresses and the differences between them. We left with ideas in mind and looked at other shops where we didn't experience the same service. We went back the same day and Rima came over to us and served us again. We left having bought a new mattress for us and bed and mattress for our son.

David who served was very good. He gave us time to browse, was not pushy and gave me a cup of tea. He was knowledgeable, friendly and let us have time to wanders and browse
