I have not bought a mattress for several years and had no idea where to start and explained this to Kerry. She understood my requirements immediately and gave me invaluable advice.

Sales assistant very helpful and friendly made our shopping experience as we wanted, short ,sweet and very happy.

The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The assistant, David, gave undivided time to explore the different types of bed and what was appropriate for my needs as a first-time buyer. The cup of tea offered was an added bonus.

I came in with a good understanding of what I wanted and was shown a good selection of mattress and pillows and able to try them all out o felt very comfortable and at ease and was very well informed, I wanted to do a bit of shopping around but I didn't have to as I was completely happy with my purchased and received lovely customer service.

Time to browse. Time to choose and knowledge of product.
