We were served by Becky in your store. We found her to be very helpful cheerful and intelligent and an asset to your team, she was sorry to have to ask us to visit other stores in order to see all the available options of higher quality mattresses including the Feather and Black range.

We were attended to by Becky, who guided us through the whole process brilliantly. Her product knowledge is great and made the decisions easy.

Rima (Southampton) was an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient assistant who helped us to find the perfect mattress tailored to our needs. The process was all very efficient, we were in and out of the store within an hour and the new product was delivered to our home within the week. The delivery staff were also excellent and the removal and replacement of our old mattress was fast and seemingly effortless! The delivery crew were very polite and even offered to remove their shoes - something I've never experienced with delivery crews previously. Thank you for also offering a recycling service for our old mattress and for selling products that are made from recycled materials. it was this environmentally-aware attitude that attracted me to the Dreams store in the first place, and I fully commend the work that you are doing to move towards a more sustainable business.

Rima, the lady in the Southampton store who dealt with my purchase was EXCEPTIONAL! She knew the products perfectly and guided me to purchase the correct items even though I thought I knew what I wanted. Her knowledge, wonderful advice and un-rushed approach was really refreshing, and made making a very expensive purchase turn into an enjoyable experience. I can not recommend her more highly.

When we entered the store Chloe welcome us with big smile. She offered us a water and she helped with kids as we were useing bed to scan what mattress suit us best. She showed us few mattresses to try. She even gave us a second to talk about our experiences with my partner and decide. As we couldn't decide we said we will come back in two days, she didn't push us to buy anything which was so good. She had knowlege about every single mattress and pillows and that was so amazing that she answered our every single question. We were first time in this store and If we need to we will come back for sure as well as we recommend our experience with this store to our friends.
