The assistant was very helpful and friendly, service was excellent.

I had quite specific requests which the assistant listened to very carefully. She was able to direct me to 3 possible models but the first one met all of my needs and had a remote control system for lifting the ottoman which was an added bonus. I was very pleased with the individual attention which I received and the professionalism of the assistant. She had an excellent knowledge of the stock and I was able to find the model I needed more quickly and easily than on the web site. I liked the way I was left to make my own decision without the hard sell. The assistant also dealt with the financial aspects of the sale efficiently and ensured my privacy. Overall the purchase went very smoothly and, although I paid more than I originally budgeted, I found exactly what I wanted. It was good to get the 20% discount too.

Very friendly service by highly knowledgeable sales person. Clear concise information available regarding types of mattresses. Good choices of beds and mattresses for consideration. Placing order was quick and straightforward and sales person clearly explained costings.

very pleased that Karina asked if we would like some assistance when we entered the store but when we asked for time to look around on our own we were not hassled but when we asked for help both Karina and Kerry had very good product knowledge and none of our questions (which were quite a few) went unanswered. Kerry showed us samples of the make up of some products which was very helpful and gave us confidence to make our purchase. Both Karina and Kerry were very friendly and helpful and made our time in your store a pleasure.

Very Good customer service in a very efficiently, friendly manner. Lots of patience and not pushy and was able to handle issues for a customer with a bad back and do there best to ensure we were satisfied Providing good service is one of the most important points we needed.

I was very satisfied with my experience at the Southampton Dreams Store opposite the train station. The store was very clean and bright, so it was easy to see the beds which were spaced out. As soon as we came in, we was met by very friendly and kind staff whop were very knowledgeable about the products showing us many of the products. They understood our need and asked us about our sending limit. I was offered tea and felt very comfortable. I felt comfortable asking questions and was given a very good understanding of the delivery, availability and add ons with the products such as guarantee. I was served by Ravina. The product we brought was reasonably priced which was a double ottoman bed. However the mattresses were quite pricey and is something we would look into further before choosing to buy it from Dreams. However, everything else in our experience was great.

The assistant Kerry took a lot of time to help me find a mattress suited for me, and never once made me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. She was very friendly and knew the products well and gave me good information. She thought i was a lot younger then my age when i had to give my date of birth, so that went in her favour too haha!!
