We were welcomed , listened to and received patient and friendly service and advice throughout our visit . This was our 3 rd bedstore visit and it was competitively priced .

Very helpful assistance from David who presented us with a range of products to consider, which made it very easy to find the product we were after.

The service we received was excellent David even made us a coffee while we were deciding which bed and furniture to purchase

Rima at Dreams was very patient with us whilst we tried out several mattress and pillow combinations and at no time did we feel rushed into making a decision.

I FOUND YOUR STAFF MEMBER TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH A GOOD CUSTOMER MANER. I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE AT ALL.

I had quite specific requirements and hadn't been able to find anything suitable on the website so decided to visit the store. I was delighted that the assistant listened to my requests very carefully and immediately showed me a model which met my needs. An unexpected bonus was that the ottoman had an electric lift with a remote control which solved my concerns about being able to manage it independently (I am a pensioner) It was good that the assistant didn't push me into a sale but having given me excellent advice left me to make my choice at my leisure. It was refreshing that she did not talk down to me. She also dealt with the financial side very efficiently and discretely. Overall a very successful purchase. It was good to get the discount as well.
