Carolina gave us time to consider and talk through each bed and mattress in our own time. She was not at all pushy but when we wanted to, she quickly showed us the next product.

I FOUND the assistant very helpful in buying my new bed as she was knowledgeable about the product and had a very welcoming personality. The only thing that annoyed me was the time that the bed will take to deliver.

The simulation bed was very helpful in determining the right matress for me. Staff gave honest opinions to questions rather than trying to sell me the most expensive thing they could.

we where very impressed with the help we received in store , we highly recommend the bed we tried where you input all your aches and pains and it picks which mattresses are suitable for your needs . the sales assistant was very helpful as well .

Carolina was a superb sales assistant and went out of her way to help us find exactly what we wanted.

We came in because of the ongoing sale. We are both startes and do not yet have a lot of money to spend, but sleep is incredibly important. Therefore we decided to have a look at the discounts and Runia helped us in a very friendly and knowledgeable way. She listened to our issues with our current mattress and showed us several products that would help us. In the end we ended up going for the Orchard K Mattress, and we have been told it will be delivered at the end of the week. Understanding our budget limits, she also sold us two high-end pillows for a good discount as they were used as display. Her guidance, the great price for all products we paid, and quick delivery made us two very happy customers who cannot wait to start dreaming away on our new mattress.

Carolina was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She encouraged us to try a variety of mates she's explaining the positives whilst listening to our needs. She was not pushy just enthusiastic. When we were ready to buy we were extremely and pleasantly surprised a the brevity of time between our order and the delivery (exactly a week).

The store is spacious and well stocked. The bedding area is clear to find. I heard staff communicating knowledgeably with enthusiasm to other customers. On this occasion I was just purchasing a bed sheet; although the sales person at the cash desk spoke knowledgeably about bed line in general.

We had our 7 year old son with us which usually makes it difficult to spend any quality time in any shop. Rima was excellent and got him settled on a table with colouring within minutes of arriving in the store, had she not I'm pretty certain we would not have made a purchase. She had excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgable and made the process of purchasing a bed seamless.
