We walked into our nearest store Southampton and instantly had a lady come and ask how she could help us in a freindly manner

We were shown courtesy, professional guidance, given a lovely cup of tea, allowed to try any bed, not hurried or hassled to decide. Friendly, informed advice from an enthusiastic salesperson. We were also given various payment options so that the most suitable for us could be selected.

The assistant was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable with the range of beds and mattresses.

Hi . We visited your shop in Southampton where we were greeted by a very polite helpful lady called Carolina . She invited us to the bed experience where we proceeded to follow Carolina s instruction . She then very proudly showed us around our suitable matteressess . Carolina is an absolute credit to Dreams could not fault her at all .

Rima came to us and asked if she could help us. We explained what we were after and she showed us some beds that we could be interested in and left us to have a look round. On her return she explained the size of the bed, which was a three quarter which we had asked for. She also explained about the differences between the mattresses which we then tried out. She was very helpful indeed.

Staff member Kerry Hatch was very helpful and friendly. She helped us with everything we needed.My son came away very excited with getting a new comfy bed.

Mira from southampton was very knowledgeable, friendly and met all my needs. She knew my requirements and assisted me superbly. She even offered me a drink and helped me with pillows. Really great customer service! Please do tell her.

When we went into the store we had no idea what type of mattress we wanted. The sales assistant was very helpful without being pushy. She was very knowledgeable and patiently went through all the options with us.
