Tam made us feel very welcome, he was approachable, good humoured and even offered us a hot drink. He knew exactly what product we were after and was very knowledgeable, understood that we were on a budget and didn’t try and push a more expensive item. He did however offer some great advice on what to buy in the future when we’re able to spend a bit more. Please thank him on our behalf for his great assistance!

The sale,s assistant Kerry, shared her knowledge with us, explained about the different spring ratings on the beds, knew her stuff, did not pressure us, she had excellent customer service skills.

David was very helpful without being overbearing. He helped to make the shopping experience a pleasurable one.

Your staff member Tam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with our questions with ease and explained everything clearly regarding our questions raised.

Customer service was fantastic and she was very helpful. She listened and showed us various beds and mattresses that suited our needs.

My husband and I was greeted shortly after we entered the store (with the view of just looking) by a warm smiley face and very pleasant manner. We were looked after and everything explained about the type of bed we were looking for and about the different matttresses that were available.

The shop assistance showed me mattresses that would suit my needs. She explained the difference of the products available and had a very approachable personality. she helped to the car to load the products that was already available instore and was also very pleased with her making me aware of other products that I may be interested in which I ended up purchasing on the day. She was very thorough in her explainations and clarified doubts that I had.

Very week spoken and very clean store. Good range of products.

Rima and Karina in the Southampton store were brilliant. Very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable about their stock. They made the purchase of a suitable bed a pleasure, rather than a confusing chore.

Very friendly and polite staff, helped me with every need that I wanted, was offered a nice cup of tea but did not accept, this was a nice touch very satisfied indeed
