I find all the staff very friendly and helpful on each of my visits to the store.

On initial exploratory visit, manageress was most attentive and formulated quote. On second visit to order, Carolina could not do enough to make us welcome and happy with our purchase. Her smile was infectious and her product knowledge exemplary, something from which the car industry could learn. What we thought might be tricky experience became a delight.

WE WERE WELCOMED AS WE ENTERED THE STORE AND WE NOT PUT UNDER ANY PRESSURE. THE STORE ASSISTANT WAS VERY PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE AND HELPED US ALL THE WAY THOUGH THE PROCESS FROM THE WORD GO IN CHOOSING OUR NEW MATTRESS, GIVING US MANY OPTIONNS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE IN STORE TODAY

Staff were very friendly and helpful and had no problem with how long they spent with us in finding the right mattress

The service was fantastic, also the machine which works out the perfect bed for us was a brilliant touch as we were a bit confused. Carolina was especially helpful and friendly.

Tam was incredibly helpful in assisting us find the best bed that suited our needs and price range. He didn't try and make us buy the most expensive product and used the mattress match machine to show us what bed suits us. The shop was not busy so we weren't pressured to make quick decisions and he let us take our time.

Tam who served us was very polite and friendly he had a knowledge of the product that we were looking at and was helpful in every way

I visited the Southampton branch, both colleagues were friendly and attentive, they asked what I was looking for , As I explained the member of staff took me round the floor to look at options, and having looked at a few options I was happy to make a decision there and then. I was also offered a cup of tea, which I thought was a very nice touch. I was also offered help to take my purchase to the car. Very positive experience.

Tam was very quick to help and we found him courteous and knowledgeable
