We found a bed that we wanted, which was much cheaper than the same product at John Lewis West Quay. Your salesperson was very knowledgeable the products on offer and very helpful in helping us making our purchase decision.

Carolina, the assistant, was warm and very friendly but not pushy. She was informative and gave a clear description of the products available. We were very satisfied with the service which she provided.

I loved the machine that tells me what bed is right for me and the staff was really friendly and gave good advice and didn't presurerise me into buying any thing and the mattress was perfect for me and we had a laugh and joke with starf and a nice cup coffee.

We were highly satisfied with the experience at dreams because as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a lovely lady called Rima. She advised that we lay on the virtual bed to see what sort of mattress was best for me and my husband. Even though this didn’t work the first time it was quickly rectified by Rima. She took us around the showroom and let us try a variety of beds. Once we had chosen which bed we liked the most we quickly ordered it with Rima. She wasnt pushy at all, and she didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Thank you very much Rima. From Mr and Mrs Matthews
