I came in on the 12-09-21 in desperate need for a new bed as i suffer with a chronic pain desease thats really bad at the moment and has effected my mobility greatly, our server was Becky and i have to say i have never recieved the kind of care and attion i had off this wonderful lady in any other store not only was she very knowledgeable about the products she listened to my specidic needs and was able to help me choose the perfect bed she was also extremely paitent with me as i was so slow and she gave me all the time i needed and even offered me a drink when she saw i was struggling plus the fact she was just friendly it really was just an amazing experiance off her and in my eyes this girl needs a huge amount of praise she really is an asset to your company and i am so greatful for all the help and support she offered during my visit its something you see a lot in retail anymore specially being disabled she didnt treat me any different yet she was so kind to my needs it really was exceptional service from her.

The sleep expert who looked after us was Rima, was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscious of health and safety. She did not push us into anything but took a lot of time to let us explore the various options.

We had chloe serve us who was extremely helpful, showing good understanding of what we were looking for. We had good all round expereince and look forward to our delivery just a week after ordering.

From start to finish we were served by Chloe, she was friendly and very professional. Chloe also had amazing product knowledge which helped us find the perfect mattress and bedframe for our new apartment. I would definitely recommend this store to people going forward.

The instore staff were extremely knowledgeable and very kept our budget in mind. We did not feel rushed and took time to make our purchase. I was kindly offered a drink whilst i waited for my son to try out the beds several times before making his decision. Very happy with experience.

Becky the Dreams colleague was very helpful and explained every step of the way through everything I needed in a bed. The item is lovely and we look forward to using the bed.
