The staff member that assisted was extremely helpful, polite and patient. She had lots of knowledge of all the products and assisted in narrowing and finalising my choice. Plus she was friendly and personable as well as other colleagues in the store. The shop was large and well stocked with a range of mattresses to try. It was also clean and tidy looking. The information and prices were easy to find.
