Dreams - Southampton

As soon as we entered the store in Southampton we were greeted by a sales assistant, Carolina. She was so lovely, very friendly and helped my disabled mum choose the right mattress for her needs. She was very knowledgeable about the products, was very patient as I maneuvered my mum onto the mattresses, had beds moved to accommodate the correct positioning of my mums needs. We were offered beverages too. If we were to purchase from here again I would ask for Carolina's assistance again, for sure.

The staff were very nice and explained the mattresses to us thanks to madhurima. As we needed a mattress that suited both of us. We were very happy with the purchase with the bed frame.

Very polite sales person who was not pushy but happy to help and appeared very knowledgeable.

Rima was very attentive. I thought the mattress that determines which type of mattress suits you best was fantastic. Really impressed. I didn't feel pressurised into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Rima was very professional, helpful and bubbly.

When we first arrived in store the sales woman who approached us (Carolina) was not pushy at all (as you find with most sales representatives) and gave us the option to look around ourselves. As she could probably see we didn't exactly know what we were looking for and so she offered us the option to try out the mattress selector type machine in the front of the shop. Upon the results of this she took her time to show us around each mattress that was recommended to us. She explained each one in detail which gave us confidence that she had really good product knowledge. We left that day and came back in a couple of days later and made the purchase. Luckily for us Carolina was working again and gave off the same friendly and cosy atmosphere for us to try the beds in. We made the purchase and were very happy with all the information provided to us.

The Member of staff took time and consideration Into assisting me with my purchase, She acknowledged the fact I had young children with me and got them all a drink. She tried to make the purchase as quick as possible

From entering the store we were welcomed with a friendly hello and a smile. This encouraged us to relax and fully enjoy the whole experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful making sure we were looking at the right products straight away without wasting time looking at items out of budget or style. We both felt at ease leaving the store to think about such a large purchase before returning a few hours later to complete our order. Couldn't have asked or hoped for more from our experience. Thank you!
