Good choice of products within the store. Delivery within a few days, no long wait. Advice of delivery slot exceptional. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were polite, friendly and efficient, even offered to take off their shoes. Explained clearly about turning and rotating mattress. Most impressed.

We were attended by Kerry who was both helpful & knowledgeable. Kerry was attentive without pressuring us into buying. We will need another bed next year and will return to Dreams. Thanks for making spending money on a household item an enjoyable experience.

Kerry was fabulous - considering I was slightly apprehensive about trying beds and finding the right mattress for my back, she made us feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable as well aa being really lovely and friendly

Very good service but would have just a little time to have a look myself and the bed was advertised as £894 for a double but the single I got was £1019 it would have been nice to have been told the price of the mattress before I purchased I should have ask did not expect it to be nearly £700

Rima greeted me immediately offering friendly assistance. Suggested I use the machine to check sleeping position, made me an excellent cup of tea. No pressure to buy , wanting me to take my time and thoroughly make sure I was happy with my choice. Made me aware of special offers at that time in store. Could answer with confidence any question regarding materials and durability/suitability for my requirements. I was so impressed with the service I changed my plans to go on to J Lewis to make a purchase and bought from Dreams instead. Rima is an invaluable member of the Dreams team and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. I did spend a little more than I had intended but I am sure I will reap the benefit.

Carolina made sure we understood the range available and most suitable for us and was very knowledgeable about the specifics of each bed and mattress. Excellent service!

Buying the mattress was a pleasant experience. As soon as we entered the store the staff were very friendly. We had a rough idea of what we wanted which was a tempur mattress. Carolina explained all the different types of mattress and let us sample them all. She explained the technology and benefits in detail which was very helpful. There was an offer on with the mattresses to get a new pillow which she also explained well. Carolina was excellent and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in purchasing our mattress
