Got the attention and advise we wanted but the salesman wasn’t pushy.

Our sales advisor Tam was absolutely brilliant - every question we had was quickly answered, and we were assisted to find not only the best mattress for us to go with our new bed, but also one that best suited our budget and comfort needs (we used the sleep match machine) with a very friendly manner, and kept us smiling and laughing throughout our purchase process. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a bed or related product.

Rima (168) made our visit very pleasant to the Southampton Branch. She suggested we use the dreams bed machine. This didn't take long and was great. She was very knowledgeable of the products. She showed us the products but she allowed us plenty of time to try them on our own and to discuss together. It was a great experience. We especially enjoyed her cup of tea.

From the moment I arrived in the store Madhurima was fantastic. She has complete knowledge of all the goods in the store and everything I asked was explained to me fully. I was able to make a decision quite quickly. Madhurima offered me and drink and told me I could take my time. From start to finish the experience was smooth running and professional. And in between discussing my purchase Madhurima managed to give me a recipe for a curry which I made and It was delicious. So thank you very much Rima for all your help. Very lovely lady.

Met at the door by Tam, who greeted me warmly, told him exactly what i wanted, and he was very experienced in the way he showed me everything which fitted into my budget, It all went so smoothly, ordered bed frame/mattress,/pillows/duvet etc etc.the whole transaction was so easy, even when i changed my mind on a mattress [too expensive] Tam went out of his way to find another one. He gave me a delivery date, which i realised when i left the store, i couldnt do, went back, apologised, which Tam said " no problems" and changed it Tam was excellent !!
