Pam was a really friendly member of the Dreams team who clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He had a very good understanding of the products but also of my needs and price range. He makes a cracking cup of tea as well which, all jokes aside, was pretty useful at the end of a long day building a fence. He processed the order so quickly I'd not even finished my cuppa! I was very glad that he also showed me the painting spider man and I do hope the purple wall is now completely white, without any reds marks. The whole of the team were friendly and I'm glad that Pam (real name Tam, for the record) helped out with the purchase.

I found that the staff at the Southampton store were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. I was extremely impressed with the speed of the service from choosing the mattress to payment. The staff member was not pushy at all but just supported me through the process which I thought was going to be quite stressful. Once I had explained that I had been suffering with back and hip issues and I had led on the mattress that matches you to the best mattress, she was able to direct me to the most comfortable mattress I have ever led on!! I cannot thank the staff member enough for her support. Thank you Dreams.
