The assistant, Rima, was very helpful and very friendly. Even better, she didn't try to be pushy: leaving us space and plenty of time once she had shown us all the beds to make our decision and keep going between beds until we were 100% happy.

The Dreams Colleague, Carolina, quickly understood our needs and recommended us what we needed. We were impressed with her huge knowledge of the products and she explained very clearly the different mattresses that we could buy. She is very kind and a good professional. Now, after one week sleeping on our new mattress, we are highly satisfied with our purchase. We really recommend this store!

The two staff members, Catalina and Tam were both funny and very approachable during our visit. They both had excellent product knowledge that could be used for real family Life ensuring I purchased the right bed for me. The whole store felt very relaxed, no pressure selling and it genuinely felt like everybody enjoyed their job and their peers company. We were in the Southampton shop to find a mattress that would fit for my boyfriend and me, as we like different kinds of consistence, so is very difficult to find something that both of us would like. However, in the shop they have this virtual program that help the shop assistant to find the best mattress. As well, Carolina was very helpful and she try her best to get a mattress and pillows that fit both of us.
