Madhurima served us. She was friendly, offered drinks and obviously knew alot about the products - we were looking for a mattress. We went to the Dreams mattress selector which came up with 4 options - first time on this - very impressed. Madhurima guided us through the options and we finally settled on the Johnstone K Mattress which provided great support and the right firmness without being too firm. Madhurima explained the 40 day trial and also offered the 8 year guarantee as a great deal which we went for. Great service without being pushy which you often get in these types of bed/furniture stores.

Our assistant was Rima. She guided us through the test bed to determine the firmness required and took her time showing us every bed that met the criteria so we were able to try them and make an informed decision. We were offered refreshments and had Rima's undivided attention and assistance throughout.

The moment we walked into the shop we felt at ease. Madhurima helped us from start to finish showing us several mattresses,she was very knowledgable about the different mattresses and helped us choose the right one.
